My 3 Favorite Huckleberry Breakfasts
It's huckleberry season in Montana and I'm not wasting any time! Last weekend my mom took us to her favorite huckleberry picking spot in the Bitterroot Valley (exact location is sworn to secrecy). I've never seen so many beautiful, sweet, perfect huckleberries in my life! We picked for hours coming away with plenty of berries to snack on, bake with, and even freeze for future use.
If you're like like me and dream of huckleberries all year round, you probably already have your favorite uses for them. For some fresh inspiration, here are my three favorite ways to enjoy these heavenly berries for breakfast:
1. Huckleberry Lemon Scones
