No Bake Energy Balls
1/2 cup Moxie Nosh Almond Butter
1/3 cup Wustner Brother's Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed (we use Wheat Montana)
1 handful chocolate chips (or raisins...but I never do that)
- Mix together almond butter, honey and vanilla extract.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Put mixture in refrigerator until firm-ish, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and shape into 1-inch balls.
- Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
- Share with your coworkers and be everyone's best friend.
