Corporate Gift FAQ
Delight your valued clients, out-of-town guests, employees, wedding-guests, or vendors with a unique gift box of Montana made food products. You can choose from the selection of gift boxes on our website or we can curate a custom gift box that will express your company's style and taste.
We will be in touch to discuss your gifting objective, number of recipients, delivery date, and other order details. Once you’ve selected the perfect gift, we will send you a confirmation email and invoice.
What qualifies as a corporate order?
10 or more gift boxes.
Do you offer Corporate Discounts?
All corporate orders receive a 10% discount.
How do I pay for my corporate order?
We require payment in full when you place your corporate order. We will send you an invoice which you may pay by credit card or check. We will not be able to start preparing your order until payment is received.
What is the lead time on corporate orders?
We require a minimum of 4 weeks lead time from the time you pay for your order until it is shipped from our warehouse. Please plan accordingly and understand that our artisan partners operate small businesses and require enough time to produce goods to order.
Can I include a personal note?
You are welcome to send us any notes, business cards, promotional materials, etc. We will include them in your gift boxes free of charge. We can include a printed personal note for $1/giftee. Handwritten notes can be included for $2/giftee.
How much does it cost to ship a corporate gift?
Shipping and handling costs are determined after an order is place. Within the continental US shipping costs ranges from $8-13 per giftee. Overnight shipping, international, and rush orders may incur additional shipping charges.
How do you ship your gifts?
Depending on the timing and destination, we choose the most effective shipping method (typically USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery).
